本学法学部 法律学科の伊藤隆史教授が、2020年12月4日（金曜日）開催のOECD第132回会合で、「IoT時代における標準必須特許権の権利行使と競争法（独占禁止法）」について、公正取引委員会からの推薦で日本側専門家代表として報告を行いました。
OECDフランス、パリ本部で実施の予定でしたが、新型コロナウィルス感染予防対策のためオンラインでの実施となりました。
各国代表の議論の基調となる報告との位置付けで行われたものです。

Presentations on standard essential patents (SEP) in the era of the Internet of Things (IoT) Delegates will hear about approaches from different jurisdictions, and will benefit from contributions by experts in the field, the Honourable Judge Paul R. Michel (Former Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit), Professor Ryushi Ito (Tokoha University Department of Law), and Jorge Padilla (Senior Managing Director and Head of Compass Lexecon Europe).
